Who We Are

We are a collectively run IT cooperative — a worker-owned enterprise. This means we challenge traditional forms of ownership and hierarchy in business and counter them with a grassroots democratic model. The cooperative belongs to everyone who works here, and important decisions are made together.

Instead of economic competition, we rely on cooperation — with our clients as well as with other IT cooperatives and worker-owned enterprises. We are aware that this also means bumping up against the limits of the existing system. But it is precisely these contradictions that we want to negotiate, shape, and — when necessary — endure together with you. We are on a shared search for a better way of doing business.

We are currently a cooperative member of SMartDe eG - Genossenschaft für Selbständige. This means: contracts run through Smart, who handle contract management and finances for us and other coop members. However, the planning and implementation of your projects remains entirely in our hands.
